1. Agreement
By accessing or using Orping.io (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by the Orping team (“Orping,” “we,” “us”). Orping does not currently operate through a separate incorporated legal entity. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Orping.io emails Oracle Fusion ESS notifications. An admin connects one Fusion user with the ESS Monitor role, chooses the jobs and who is notified, and Orping emails each person the alert, a clear explanation, and the log in their own language. Notifications are email only. You fix the job in Fusion.
Features and limits depend on your plan (see Section 6). We may improve or change features over time; material reductions will be communicated in advance where practicable.
3. Your Account
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
- You are responsible for accurate registration information and keeping login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account and for inviting users only with appropriate authority.
- Optional multi-factor authentication (e.g. Microsoft Authenticator) may be enabled where we offer it.
4. Oracle Fusion Connections
An admin connects your Oracle Fusion Cloud tenant in the Service with one user that has the ESS Monitor role (hostname, username, password). Orping monitors ESS scheduled processes only — not Oracle Integration Cloud or other integration platforms. By connecting, you confirm you are authorised to grant Orping read-only access for monitoring and that doing so complies with your organisation’s policies and Oracle licence terms.
- Encrypted credentials: Fusion credentials (including passwords and integration-user secrets) are stored encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) and transmitted only over HTTPS. They are used solely to poll ESS job status and email alerts.
- Each customer may connect up to the number of Fusion instances included in their plan unless your contract states otherwise.
- You may disconnect credentials at any time; we delete vault secrets when you remove a connection or close your account as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Enterprise Security
Orping applies enterprise-grade controls to customer secrets and monitoring traffic:
- Encrypted credentials — Oracle Fusion credentials are encrypted at rest; access to production secrets is strictly limited.
- Encryption in transit — all API traffic uses HTTPS/TLS.
- Read-only Fusion access — credentials are used only to poll ESS scheduled-process status and related job error details needed for alerts.
- Deletion — credentials are deleted immediately when you disconnect Fusion or close your account; remaining account data is removed within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Enterprise plan — customers on Enterprise may request OAuth 2.0/SSO, a security review, and contractual security commitments as agreed in writing.
6. Plans, Pricing & Merchant of Record
Published list pricing on Orping.io (USD) as of the date below:
- Team — $249 per month per Fusion instance — one ESS Monitor user, a central dashboard for jobs and recipients, and up to 20 people. Each person receives the alert, explanation, and log in their own language.
- Enterprise — SSO setup, OAuth 2.0, custom terms, and additional Fusion instances, priced with the team.
Merchant of Record. Paid subscriptions and other purchases of Orping are sold by Dodo Payments as Merchant of Record. When you complete a paid purchase, you buy from Dodo Payments (the legal seller/reseller). Payment processing, applicable taxes (including VAT/GST/sales tax where collected), invoicing, refunds, and chargebacks for that purchase are governed by the Dodo Buyer Terms and Dodo Privacy Policy. Orping remains the supplier of the software Service you access under these Terms.
Notifications are email only. We may change list pricing with at least 30 days’ notice; existing prepaid terms are honoured through the current period.
Founding customer offers (e.g. free pilot or complimentary access) are limited, non-transferable, and offered only at Orping’s discretion with written confirmation. They do not modify these Terms unless we say so in writing.
Paid subscriptions for business customers are generally 6- or 12-month terms, billed in advance via Dodo Payments. Access to provisioned instances may begin only after payment is recorded, as stated in your order. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or under Dodo’s Buyer Terms. We may change list pricing with at least 30 days’ notice; existing prepaid terms are honoured through the current period.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel renewal by contacting hello@orping.io (and, where required for billing cancellation, through Dodo Payments). Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid term unless your contract or Dodo’s Buyer Terms say otherwise. No partial refunds for unused time unless required by law, agreed in writing, or provided under Dodo’s policies.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Access systems or data you are not authorised to access.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service except as permitted by law.
- Use the Service to violate law, Oracle licence terms, or third-party rights.
- Interfere with the Service, other customers, or our infrastructure.
9. Data & Privacy
Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Payment data processed by Dodo Payments as Merchant of Record is also subject to Dodo’s Privacy Policy.
10. Availability & Support
We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance will be communicated when reasonable. Product support is via hello@orping.io. Billing support for paid purchases may involve Dodo Payments as Merchant of Record.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orping and the operators of the Service shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including lost profits, data, or business interruption) arising from the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the fees you paid for Orping access in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Claims arising solely from payment processing, tax remittance, or MoR obligations of Dodo Payments are subject to Dodo’s Buyer Terms and liability limits.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that monitoring will detect every failure, that Oracle APIs will always be available, or that the Service will meet every business outcome. You remain responsible for your Oracle operations and compliance.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email where appropriate. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Dodo may update its Buyer Terms independently.
14. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms (governing your use of the Orping Service) are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
Purchase contracts with Dodo Payments as Merchant of Record are governed as stated in the Dodo Buyer Terms.
