1. Agreement
By accessing or using Orping.io (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by the Orping team (“Orping,” “we,” “us”). Orping does not currently operate through a separate incorporated legal entity. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Orping.io pushes Oracle Fusion ESS failure notifications to Slack. Connect Fusion — Orping auto-discovers every ESS job and routes alerts to your channels. You fix in Fusion — Orping notifies.
Features and limits depend on your plan (see Section 6). We may improve or change features over time; material reductions will be communicated in advance where practicable.
3. Your Account
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
- You are responsible for accurate registration information and keeping login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account and for inviting users only with appropriate authority.
- Optional multi-factor authentication (e.g. Microsoft Authenticator) may be enabled where we offer it.
4. Oracle Fusion Connections
You connect your Oracle Fusion Cloud tenant yourself in the Service (hostname, username, password). Orping monitors ESS scheduled processes only — not Oracle Integration Cloud or other integration platforms. By connecting, you confirm you are authorised to grant Orping read-only access for monitoring and that doing so complies with your organisation’s policies and Oracle licence terms.
- Encrypted credentials: Fusion and Slack credentials (including passwords, integration-user secrets, and OAuth/bot tokens) are stored encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) and transmitted only over HTTPS. They are used solely to poll ESS job status and deliver alerts.
- Each customer may connect up to the number of Fusion instances included in their plan unless your contract states otherwise.
- You may disconnect credentials at any time; we delete vault secrets when you remove a connection or close your account as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Enterprise Security
Orping applies enterprise-grade controls to customer secrets and monitoring traffic:
- Encrypted credentials — Oracle Fusion credentials and Slack tokens are encrypted at rest; access to production secrets is strictly limited.
- Encryption in transit — all API traffic uses HTTPS/TLS.
- Read-only Fusion access — credentials are used only to poll ESS scheduled-process status and related job error details needed for alerts.
- Deletion — credentials are deleted immediately when you disconnect Fusion, uninstall Slack, or close your account; remaining account data is removed within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Enterprise plan — customers on Enterprise may request OAuth 2.0/SSO, a security review, and contractual security commitments as agreed in writing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orping and the operators of the Service shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including lost profits, data, or business interruption) arising from the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the fees you paid for Orping access in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Claims arising solely from payment processing, tax remittance, or MoR obligations of Dodo Payments are subject to Dodo’s Buyer Terms and liability limits.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that monitoring will detect every failure, that Oracle APIs will always be available, or that the Service will meet every business outcome. You remain responsible for your Oracle operations and compliance.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in-product notice where appropriate. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Dodo may update its Buyer Terms independently.
14. Governing Law & Disputes

Purchase contracts with Dodo Payments as Merchant of Record are governed as stated in the Dodo Buyer Terms.
